Membership Terms & Conditions

• Membership fees of chosen programs are due on the day of sign up and will be due on the 1st or 15th of every month after until the member decides to cancel.

• Memberships can only be purchased in the salon or with an invoice sent by their lash artist.

• Members must ONLY book with the employee who sold the membership. (Example: If purchased with Giselle book only with Giselle)

• Members MUST have a current email and active credit card on file at all times to receive membership perks or membership will be cancelled.

• Members must wait to be contacted and sent an invoice in the event of a failed payment. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or membership will be cancelled. 

• Members are allowed to upgrade or downgrade their membership at the time of their next monthly billing cycle.

• All memberships may be canceled at any time with any HDLASH® employee. Membership perks are non transferable and will be voided upon cancellation. 

• Membership fills or unused membership services DO NOT roll over to the following month.

• Members must abide by HDLASH®’s late cancellation and no show policy. 

• HDLASH® reserves the right to modify membership terms and conditions upon written notice. HDLASH® also reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time if a member violates the terms and conditions.

• Members can upgrade to a fuller set but will need to pay the difference.
