What are HDLASH® eyelash extensions?

Our lashes are made from Korean polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) fibers. PBT fibers are heat resistant and very flexible making it the softest and durable faux mink lashes. Eyelash extensions are place onto each of your natural lashes using our medical grade adhesive without gluing two natural lashes together or touching this skin. This will allow your natural lashes to grow and shed as they normal would every 6 to 8 weeks.

How often do I need a fill?

Due to natural lash shedding, you must get your lashes filled every 2 to 3 weeks. Anything after 4 weeks is considered a full set because your lash extensions will be to grown out to fill properly.

Will my eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

Eyelash extensions shouldn’t damage your natural lashes if applied correctly.  One of our main focuses is to make sure we give each client their desired set without weighing down their natural lashes by applying lashes too long or thick. However, we can only protect your lashes at the salon. It is extremely important to follow all aftercare instructions. This includes avoiding picking your lashes and not keeping your lashes clean.

Are your products vegan/cruelty and latex free?

All products used at our salon are vegan/cruelty and latex free.

Do I need an allergy test?

We recommend scheduling a complimentary allergy test two days or more before your lash  appointment if you previously had a reaction to any beauty product.

Can I get my eyelash extensions wet?

Yes. The main ingredient in lash adhesive cyanoacrylate actually cures with moisture. Washing your lashes after your appointment can actually help prevent sensitivities and help your retention in the long run. Additionally, you are able to swim with your extensions on as well. Wash your lashes with our lash foaming cleanser immediately after swimming!

What do I do if I am experiencing premature shedding?

Although rare, premature shedding can happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, environment and/or improper aftercare. If you are experiencing premature shedding you are entitled to one complimentary fix within three business days of your last appointment.

Where is HDLASH® located?

HDLASH® has only ONE location located in Point Loma at Salons By JC (Next to Vons). You can find our address on our contact page.

Will I be able to easily park when I arrive at my appointment?

We are located in Point Loma Plaza where free parking is available in the lot.

Is your building handicap accessible?

Yes, our building is handicap accessible and has handicap assigned parking.

Why do I have to fill out forms before my appointment?

We value your time and want to spend more of it doing your lashes! Having you fill out our mandatory forms prior to you coming will help us do just that.

What should I expect during check out?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Cash, and ApplePay! We kindly remind you that tips are appreciated! Your lash artist will recommend you pre book your next appointment as well.
